We are looking for a creative and hands-on Multiplayer Game Designer to join our team and help shape the next evolution of our games.
In this role, you will design multiplayer experiences, social systems, and mini-games that allow multiple players to interact, compete, and collaborate within our existing game worlds. This is a unique opportunity to take a successful single-player experience and transform it into a fun, social, and engaging multiplayer experience.
We are especially looking for designers who enjoy creating social interactions, playful chaos, competition, cooperation, and memorable player moments where players laugh, surprise each other, and create stories together.
You should have a strong passion for kids' games, a playful mindset, and the ability to think beyond traditional level design, focusing on player interaction, game loops, and social dynamics. You should be able to design experiences that are accessible, playful, and appropriate for a family-friendly audience.
Responsibility
- Design multiplayer experiences, social systems, and mini-games
- Turn high-level concepts into engaging multiplayer experiences from concept to implementation
- Define core gameplay loops, rules, mechanics, and player interactions
- Create clear and detailed Game Design Documents (GDDs) for cross-team alignment (Dev, Art, QA, Product)
- Collaborate closely with developers, artists, and product managers to bring features to life
- Balance gameplay to ensure fun, fairness, clarity, and accessibility for young audiences
- Monitor game performance and player behavior, and iterate based on data and feedback
- Ensure a high-quality, polished final experience
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in game design
- At least 1 year of experience in Game Design (mobile games – advantage)
- Strong understanding of game mechanics, player motivation, and player experience
- Creative thinking with the ability to design fun, social gameplay experiences
- Experience (or strong interest) in multiplayer / social / party games
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to take ownership from concept to delivery
- Experience writing clear and structured GDDs
- Experience with Unity
